The system relies on A. R. T. Using DELMIA virtual assembly and maintenance simulation platform and RTID Human-machine engineering real-time interactive system as the core driving engine, the real-time 3d virtual assembly content and process, through the virtual reality display environment to display the way of three-dimensional display to the user, and through the Haption force feedback device for virtual assembly and maintenance interaction. Here’s how it works:

1) High Performance Professional Grade Optical Tracking System

PC control host

  ◇ Standard frame structure, easy to install and maintain;

  ◇ The 6-DOF position and direction of the tracking target are calculated

  ◇ Equipped with SYNCCARD2, can achieve the synchronization of multiple cameras, and according to the need to install stereo glasses and other external components

  ◇ Through the local area network to achieve low delay, high-speed data transmission;

  ◇ No Optical chromaticity brightness interference between cameras;

2)Development of virtual assembly and virtual maintenance simulation
  The Conduit software, developed by Mechdyne specifically for Dasso V5 products (Catia V5, DELMIA V5, Enovia DMU, etc.) , is based on a distributed architecture that enables multi-channel, large-scene immersive browsing and interaction of V5 raw data.

  The MECHDYNE CONDUIT SOFTWARE FRONT END TAKES OPENGL calls from desktop V5 applications (Catia, DELMIA, Enovia DMU, etc.) and distributes them to the aggregator management and rendering nodes, the rendering is processed on each node via the Conduit backend and distributed computing and rendered locally on each node, with each node responsible for a projection channel for the output, the synchronization and edge fusion of the output images from each channel is accomplished by the Conduit software and the SGI Visual Workstation.

  Real-Time Interaction for Human(RTI)

  The application of RTI makes it possible to record the movements of the human body directly in the program by Optical Motion Capture System, which reduces a lot of development time, and more relevant to the actual character’s behavior pattern. The recorded interactive action information can be used directly in Delmia V5 for further ergonomics analysis.

  ◆ Motion capture devices can be calibrated automatically, and virtual human models can be matched or unbound with a mouse click

 

  ◇ Real-time physical simulation

  ◆ The range of action of the operator can be adjusted to conform to the virtual human model

  ◆ Integrating the motion elements of the virtual human model, including the Boundary Constraint of the joints;

  ◆ Looking up the interference information of the contact node and simulating the human action such as stopping/sliding/twisting of the contact position;

  ◇ Capture and record of simulation process

  ◆ The pose information of the virtual human model including joint curvature can be recorded in real time

  ◆ The recorded human model information can be created as Delmia human-machine task for subsequent data reconstruction and Statistical Analysis;

  Based on the Advanced Constraint Analysis Algorithm, RTI Human avoids the dynamic errors and inefficiency which may occur in the process of real-time Human action in the traditional reverse dynamic analysis, and makes the Human action more realistic and accurate.

 

Real-Time Recording Trajectory analysis
  RTI Human can record all kinds of Human action/posture information in real time, and play back, edit, analyze and reuse it.
