C919飞机铁鸟视景系统是赛四达股份为中国商飞研究院完成的地面模拟试验台视景系统(以下简称“铁鸟视景系统"),本系统是安装在C919飞机铁鸟机头驾驶舱前,为飞行员在试验环境中提供驾驶舱外模拟视觉环境的设备,是飞控系统地面模拟试验的关键试验设施之一。







在飞机正常操纵及故障情况下的响应可通过视景系统直观地反馈给飞行员,以便验证飞机的飞行品质与操纵性能。



赛四达股份承建铁鸟视景系统内容如下:

1. 根据中国商飞研究院提出的技术要求完成铁鸟视景系统设计、制造、安装调试、检测和验收工作,并交付客户使用;

2. 提供详细的项目实施方案及交付计划,保证铁鸟视景系统的交付时;

3. 对虚像显示系统子供应商进行控制,使其承担本技术协议中根据中国商飞研究院提供的设计图纸,进行虚像显示系统的光路、结构、外形设计,并提供 详细的设计方法、说明文件,经其同意后在铁鸟台架上进行安装、调试。在虚像显示系统设计过程中,赛四达需对铁鸟台架设计进行更改时,需在合同签 订后一个月内提出更改需求;

4. 铁鸟视景虚像显示子系统在中国商飞研究院场地的支撑平台设计;

5. 根据赛四达股份的要求,在满足虚像显示系统的安装空间及光路需求的前提下,对虚像显示系统的外框外形进行适当调整,使其符合整个铁鸟台架的外观要求,并根据中国商飞研究院提出的要求对铁鸟视景系统进行外观喷绘;

6. 将中国商飞研究院已有的EP8000系统机场数据移植至铁鸟视景系统,并完成各机场数据库与飞行仿真系统之间的联调;

7. 图形生成系统安装、调试,并与飞行仿真系统、虚像显示系统协调集成;

8. 在铁鸟视景系统运行阶段保证及时地、有效地支持(24小时内响应中国商飞研究院要求);

9. 对飞行员提出的铁鸟视景系统技术方面的质疑、更改要求做出响应

C919 aircraft iron bird visual system (C919 aircraft iron bird visual system) is the visual system of C919 aircraft iron bird visual system (C919 aircraft iron bird visual system) . The response under normal control and fault condition can be directly feedback to the pilot through the visual system to verify the flight quality and control performance of the aircraft.

 

SIDA shares the construction of the TIEBIRD visual system. The content is as follows:

     1. Complete the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, test and acceptance of tiebird visual system according to the technical requirements of COMAC, and deliver it to customers

     2. Provide detailed project implementation plan and delivery plan to ensure the delivery of Iron Bird Visual System;

     3. To control the sub-suppliers of the virtual image display system and make them undertake to design the light path, structure and shape of the virtual image display system according to the design drawings provided by COMAC Research Institute in this technical agreement, and provide a detailed design method, documentation, after its consent in the iron bird platform for installation, debugging. In the process of virtual image display system design, if Saida needs to change the design of iron bird, it should put forward the requirement within one month after the contract is signed

     4. The design of the supporting platform for the virtual image display subsystem of the iron bird visual system on the site of China Commercial Aviation Research Institute;

     5. According to the requirements of Saida stock, on the premise of satisfying the installation space and light path requirements of the virtual image display system, the outline of the frame of the virtual image display system is adjusted appropriately to make it conform to the appearance requirements of the whole iron bird platform, and according to the requirements of the Commercial Aircraft Research Institute of China to Iron Bird visual system for the appearance of spray painting;

     6. The airport data of EP8000 system from China Commercial Aviation Research Institute is transplanted to Tiebird visual system, and the connection between each airport database and flight simulation system is completed

     7. The graphic generation system is installed, debugged and integrated with flight simulation system and virtual image display system

     8. To ensure timely and effective support (in 24 hours to respond to the requirements of COMAC) during the operation phase of Tibird visual system;

     9. In response to the pilot’s query and request for change in the technical aspects of the Iron Bird visual system
