Project overview
After a long period of unremitting efforts, with its leading experience and technology in the domestic virtual manufacturing and visual simulation industry, the research project of “Virtual prototype verification and Visual Simulation multi-function Demonstration Center”was obtained.

In the project of “Virtual prototype verification and Visual Simulation multi-function Demonstration Center”, the company combines the different requirements of the flight simulator visual environment and multi-function Demonstration Center, a comprehensive solution has been designed to meet various engineering requirements. Starting with the computer manufacturing data of aircraft design, the digital prototype generated by virtual assembly has been analyzed and verified in various ways, and carry on the simulation analysis of man-machine Ergonomics.

Using projection and edge fusion technology, SGI makes use of the super graphics advantage of Onyx workstation, aided by virtual prototype and manufacturing simulation software, to realize the dual requirements of flight simulation and multi-functional simulation demonstration. The simulation center with 10 sets of Barco909, Barco808, GALAXY, and IQ G300 takes into account the requirement of pilots’realistic field of view, and the rear projection effect of super-large screen also takes into account the characteristics of Stereo display of digital prototype. The whole system integration is implemented exclusively by Saida Company.
