On March 25,2019, the 2nd annual meeting of the Information Technology New Engineering, industry, university and Research Union and the industry-university Cooperation Forum in the field of Information Technology were held in Beijing. SIDA shares was invited to participate in the meeting with university professors and industry experts to exchange the background of the new engineering talent needs and the new model of university-enterprise cooperation.

The deputy director of the Department of Information Technology and software services of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, Li Guanyu; the director of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, Gao Dongfeng; and the Vice President and secretary general of the Information Technology New Engineering, industry, university and Research Union, Huang Heyan, attended the meeting and delivered speeches.

From the perspectives of virtual reality technology, artificial intelligence, industrial transformation and personnel training, experts have a deep discussion on the theme of “New engineering new opportunities and new actions”.

Director Li Fengxia summarized the work of the 2018 Work Committee and discussed the work plan for 2019 at the afternoon session of the virtual simulation experiment resource construction committee. Sida joined the Work Committee last year. We hope to work with all of you to optimize and create the resources for virtual simulation experiments needed for higher education, we also look forward to establishing in-depth cooperation with more institutions in the field of virtual reality.
