On March 9,2019, SEASTARS CORP.,LTD. shares was invited to participate in the general election of the Forestry Computer Application Branch of the China Forestry Society and the 2019 academic seminar, the company chief technical officer Qin Chuanjun and system engineer Cai Baoxin was elected to the 7th Board of Directors of the Forestry Computer Application Branch of China Forestry Society. Forestry virtual reality and visual simulation is a new business of Saisida in recent years, and has successfully provided CIVE2 system and service for China Forestry Science Research Institute.

At the meeting, experts discussed how modern information technologies such as the Internet, the Internet of things, big data, virtual reality, artificial intelligence and intelligent equipment could be integrated with forestry in a deep and cross-border way.

In the afternoon, we visited the Resource Information Institute of the Academy of Forestry. The CAVE2 products provided by Saisida were well received by the industry experts. The system uses CAVE2 combined with virtual reality and visual simulation software to study the acquired information of forest resources and environment, in order to achieve effective management decision-making, and to realize the stability and sustainable development of forest resources.

The experts were amazed by the 320-degree panoramic view, the seamless 2d/3d transition, and the ultra-high resolution closer to the human eye.
