MÄK WebLVC Server uses the WebLVC protocol to connect Web-based applications with traditional DIS/HLA-based distributed simulation federations. Based on the interoperability of VR-Exchange, MÄK WebLVC Server realizes the conversion function between the server-side WebLVC protocol and the object model of other architectures, so that the network-based federated simulation can participate in distributed simulation applications. Federal agreements can use DIS, HLA1.3, HLA1516, HLAEvolve, TENA or any other agreement that uses VR-Exchange as a "third party". On the client side, we provide a set of JavaScript libraries called VR-Link.js. Some key functions of VR-Link are implemented in the JavaScript library. The VR-Link.js client that obeys the WebLVC protocol makes the connection between WebLVC-compliant and JavaScript easier.
