It is an important high-tech military equipment, it is one of the main symbols of military information, and realizes the automation, real-time and precision of battlefield command. The establishment and effective use of information-based command and control system to maximize the comprehensive effectiveness of combat forces and weapons is the common goal pursued by all countries.

  At present, the highest form of Information Command and control system is C4ISR system. The C4ISR system is called Integrated Command Control Control Computer Communications Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance. It consists of four parts: sensing, navigation, Command and communication, including Command, Control, communication, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance. The highly integrated and integrated C4ISR system evolved from the C2 system. According to the mission of the system, the C4ISR system can be divided into strategic C4ISR, campaign C4ISR and tactical C4ISR. According to the arms of service, it can be divided into army C4ISR, Navy C4ISR, Air C4ISR and Strategic Missile Force C4ISR. With the improvement of the performance of C4ISR system and various kinds of satellites, the C4ISR system of different levels and different arms will realize intercommunication and information sharing, high level commanders can learn about events around the world at almost any time and place, and pilots of planes, tanks, and even individual soldiers can know their location on earth at any time, and can keep in touch with their superiors anywhere on the planet, it can provide real-time target information for precision weapon, and realize the automation, real-time and precision of battlefield command.  

 

  Tactical training refers to the training of tactical principles and combat methods carried out by individual soldiers to the tactical corps. The aim is to improve the ability of officers to organize and command combat, and to make soldiers skilled in combat action. With the changes of the army’s weaponry, equipment, establishment and system, the tactical training has been developing continuously. A complete C4ISR simulation system should adopt standardized model description method, establish a complete set of C4ISR model base, and provide corresponding modeling tools, monitoring tools, data analysis tools and simulation software development environment. The experiment environment must be able to support the reuse and reorganization of the model, to flexibly generate a set of simulation model framework suitable for the specific C4ISR system according to the operational requirements, and to carry out the simulation experiments on the basis of this framework quickly; It can support the simulation analysis and evaluation of the whole system life cycle from C4ISR system concept design to system development, operation use and system optimization upgrade. Therefore, the simulation environment should have enough adaptability and stability, and it can flexibly meet the simulation requirements of various C4ISR systems. Taking the air combat simulation system as an example, C4ISR system is one of the key technologies of modern air combat. It combines the platforms of air fighter, UAV, early warning aircraft and ground command and control center into a network, and forms platform cooperative combat. But the higher level of synergy is the synergy of weapons, such as multi-aircraft multi-target cooperative attack and multi-aircraft missile cooperative guidance, namely C4kisr, where k (KI11) is the kill; C4KISR can enhance the control capability of weapon systems, it is an important means to improve the operational efficiency of weapon platform and hit rate of ammunition.

The main function model of air combat C4ISR SYSTEM SIMULATION PLATFORM:
  

Ground Control Platform:
  Situation Processing and display module-processing battlefield information from ground-based radar, Airborne Early Warning and control and fighter aircraft, forming battlefield situation information and displaying it in the background of electronic maps, to all the units in the data link at once. Command and Guidance and formation control module-conduct the whole process command and guidance control of the fighter in the air mission, control the formation according to the tactical needs, and designate the long-bureaucratic relationship. Tactical formulation and effectiveness evaluation module: Based on the situation information, the parameters of the moving target are estimated, and the tactics are formulated to form the operational situation map, and the operational effectiveness is evaluated after a combat process. Human-computer interaction module-provides a friendly human-computer interaction interface for various functional operations.

 

GROUND NETTED RADAR:
  Information Fusion module——According to a certain structure, the target information is fused and filtered to produce the target track, and the battlefield information is transmitted to the ground command and control platform.

 Sensor Management Module——The effective search, detection and tracking performance can be obtained by properly managing each radar opening, closing and fusion structure according to the enemy’s bearing and battlefield environment.

  Integrated display module——Display each radar detection track target track and fusion target track.

  Midcourse guidance module for long-range missiles——Midcourse on long-range missiles, over-the-horizon attacks.

  Fusion efficiency evaluation module——According to the real data of targets and the tracking and filtering data of netted radar, the evaluation model is established, and all targets detected by netted radar and the detection distance of each batch of targets are analyzed, the detection probability, track accuracy and data fusion accuracy at different distance segments are evaluated synthetically.

Early Warning Aircraft:
  Information Fusion module——The target information from Early Warning Aircraft Sensor, fighter sensor and Ground Command and control platform is fused, and the whole battlefield situation information is transmitted back to ground command and control platform.

  Command and Guidance and Formation Control Module——To Command, guide and control the whole process of the fighter in the air mission, to control the formation of the formation according to the tactical needs, and to appoint the long-bureaucratic relationship.

  Tactical Module——According to the situation information, the parameters of the moving target are predicted, and the tactics are made to form the operational situation map.

  Synthetic display module——显示各个雷达探测跟踪目标航迹和融合目标航迹。

  Midcourse guidance module for long-range missiles——对远程导弹进行中制导,进行超视距攻击。

  Fusion efficiency evaluation module——According to the real target data and the fusion filtering data of AWACS, an evaluation model is established to evaluate the fusion algorithm of AWACS.

 

Fighter Fleet:
  Information Fusion module——Receiving target information from other fighter sensors, fusing target information from overlapping areas, and transmitting the fusion result back to the ground command and control platform and early warning aircraft.

  Fire Control Module——It simulates the inertial navigation and control module of the aircraft to generate the position and attitude information of the aircraft, calculates the fire control solution and calculates the attack zone of the aircraft based on the target information, and executes the command, guidance and Control Commands of the ground command platform and the early warning aircraft. Coordinate with other aircraft in formation.

  Missile Guidance Module——Launch the missile, the missile for guidance calculation; in the case of secondary aiming, the calculation of the judgement of aiming, etc. .

  Display Module——Display various information of data link, display fusion target information, display various status information of aircraft itself, such as position, attitude, weapon and so on.

  Performance Evaluation Module——According to the real target data and the aircraft tracking fusion filter data, the evaluation model is established, and the aircraft operational effectiveness evaluation model is established to evaluate the aircraft operation.

MISSILES:
  Fusion module——The terminal guidance guidance is guided by the fusion information of the seeker detection, and the data link is used to transmit the missile’s own state information and the target state information.

  Simulation module——The missile digital simulation module includes all kinds of missile guidance parameter modules, such as atmosphere module, engine module, Rudder Module, Guidance Module, Seeker module and so on.

  Interface module——It communicates with the Master Control Computer and visual computer of the turntable and transmits the digital simulation data.

  Performance Evaluation Module——According to the fusion data and the guidance data of the missile, the evaluation model, the fusion algorithm and the guidance precision are established.
