1. PROGRAMME OUTLINE:
        In the field of civil emergency relief, our company formed a complete set of solutions through research and development. Through repeated simulation experiments, different emergency evacuation strategies and rescue strategies can be verified, so that expert knowledge base of fire fighting and rescue can be built, and pre-planning can be made before a large-scale disaster, it is suitable for public security, fire fighting, civil affairs, transportation, medical treatment, emergency management and other enterprises and departments.

2.PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION:
   2.1.系统结构:

     As shown in the figure above, for urban and forest fire fighting, summarize the business concept MODEL, design the application scenario, build the overall architecture, select VT mäk simulation platform, implement the technical route of modeling and simulation, a terrain model, a tree model, a fire model, a fire-fighting equipment model and a fire-fighting algorithm model are built. A typical task process of fire-fighting, alarm and fire-fighting is created. Through simulation and visualization, the general results of fire-fighting are obtained, the simulation results are stored and analyzed to obtain detailed fire-fighting efficiency analysis and decision-making optimization.

   2.2.Module introduction
         2.3.1. Modeling and visualization of 3D scene
        Three-dimensional model construction, including different forest types, fire equipment, such as fire trucks, fire fighters, fire extinguishers and other three-dimensional models; Realistic rendering of the administrative territorial entity, river networks, large areas of forest, 3d scene demonstration of fire spread, dynamic demonstration of fire engines and people, switching weather, rainfall, wind direction, wind and other weather elements; Integrated display of two-dimensional situation map and three-dimensional scene map.

 

 

         2.3.2.Collaborative simulation demonstration
        Individual Training and cooperative training are demonstrated respectively. Firefighters use the first visual angle of virtual scene to carry out training simulation, and commanders use two-dimensional situation map and virtual live video broadcast to carry out command training simulation, thus realizes the front and the rear side coordinated training. The two-dimensional situation map and three-dimensional scene map can be displayed, and the functions of training result display and simulation playback can be provided.

 

 

3. Technical Features:
    1.The establishment of simulation experiment environment and the verification of different emergency evacuation and rescue strategies are helpful to the construction of expert knowledge base and Emergency Plan.

    2.The scheme adopts open architecture, and integrates modeling, Simulation, visualization, decision optimization and integrated fire-fighting simulation scheme. It has a broad application prospect in many kinds of emergency simulation.

4.  APPLICATION SCENARIO:

Forest fire control simulation project of a City Garden Bureau

        As shown above, the project uses SpeedTree to create a typical single tree model of vegetation in an area, which is imported into the VR-Vantage and VR-Forces software. In addition, the high-precision vegetation coverage data from the arcgis terrain server inside a unit is imported into VR-Vantage and VR-Forces, so that the vegetation environment in a certain area can be accurately modeled and simulated in the simulation scenario. The 3-d model of fire-fighting vehicle and equipment is created by 3-d modeling software Creator, and the 3-d model of fire-fighting personnel is created by 3-d modeling software DI-Guy, integrated in the VR-Forces production of forest fire fighting business model, and finally demonstrated through VR-Vantage.
