(Summary description) C4ISR is an acronym for command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, and surveillance and reconnaissance. The C4ISR system is a man-machine system which combines the technology of computer with the commanding personnel to command and control the troops and weapons. In the 1950s command automation was called the C2(command and control) system. In the 1960s, with the development of communication technology, C3(command, control and communication) system was formed by adding “Communication”to the system. Scheme design
