MÄK Data Logger is a simple and easy-to-use simulation experiment data recording and playback system. It uses an intuitive graphical user interface to comprehensively monitor and record DDS/HLA/DIS simulation interaction information to a file. The tool works with VR-Vantage to support simulation experiment data. Control operations such as playback start and stop (pause, fast forward, forward/reverse slow playback) to realize the replay and playback of the experimental process are the data basis for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the simulation experiment.

Supports users to interactively visualize playback based on simulation time, select simulation time axis points and interval selections through the operation interface, realize customized playback, and support key time node signs, notes, and loop playback.

Visual navigation and editing

It supports the user to edit the simulation record visually, cut the unnecessary part of the record, and save the new record data by merging, offsetting, connecting, splitting the existing record data.

Export to SQL database for analysis

Through the built-in SQL export module of the system, the experimental record data can be exported and migrated to MySQL or Access database in online and offline state. The system automatically generates database SQL form fields and data based on the HLA FOM table and saves them automatically. Once the data is exported to the SQL database, users can use standard tools such as MATLAB or Excel to analyze the simulation results, or customize data mining.

Record custom development interface API

Through the built-in API of the system, users can customize and develop their own data recording and playback applications, and embed them into the application, and support users to create plug-ins to extend & change system application functions, realize data filtering, data modification, and modify data storage format. The log file API allows you to directly access the data stored in the simulation log file offline.
